Cambridge, the  town of trees.

20 minutes drive and the city of Hamilton offers a wide range of cafes,night-clubs and various other activities. 

The beautiful Karapiro domain is only 15 minutes away . 
The domain is well known for boating ,skiing and regattas. 

 Peppertree is a slice of rural New Zealand in the heart of the Waikato. It was bought by Gail and Gavin, 18 years 
 ago for the country lifestyle. 
 Over that period a small orchard and native bush have been planted and there has been landscaping work carried out on the grounds of the property. 

Additions to the original home have enabled us to share this country lifestyle with others.
